By accessing our website, registering for classes, or joining our WhatsApp groups, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Class Enrollment

  • Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration (Name, Batch, School, Contact Number).
  • Admission to classes (Theory, Revision, and Paper classes) is subject to the completion of registration and payment of applicable fees.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment if any provided information is found to be false or misleading.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All class fees (monthly or one-time) must be paid on time as instructed by the administration.
  • Unless otherwise stated under special circumstances, all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another student or different academic year.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All educational materials provided by Asela Ranasinghe are highly protected by copyright. This includes:

  • Printed and digital notes (Tutes)
  • Video recordings of online classes
  • Model papers and structured answers

These materials are for your personal educational use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, selling, or uploading these materials to any public platforms, websites, or social media networks without explicit permission.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior at all times. This applies to physical classrooms, online sessions (e.g., Zoom), and official WhatsApp groups. Spamming, sharing inappropriate content, or disrespecting the teacher or administration staff will result in immediate removal from the classes without a refund.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, platforms used for online teaching, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify students of any significant changes via our official WhatsApp groups or website.
